"I have been using my Cefaly on prevention mode nightly since January of 2026 and I am so happy to report it works for me. I have been trying to manage my migraines with diet, medication and life style changes for years. I no longer wake up at night with a headache or have a low grade headache everyday. I feel 100% most days now which is amazing. This has been a long struggle for me and I am so relieved and excited to wake up everyday! "I have been using the preventative cycle daily for 2 months. The frequency and intensity of my migraines has been significantly reduced. The acute cycle seems to help some of the time when I have a migraine. I haven’t found the app helpful at all. Too glitchy and not well organized. I like being able to see the visual of how far into my treatment I am but that’s all I use it for."

"My second purchase. I miss placed my original in a handbag. Because there is absolutely no way I can have a quality of life without the CEFALY device, I had to order a second. The little device is game changer for migraine treatment. Eventually, when I did find my original, I gifted it to a fellow migraine sufferer."

"Hi, I emailed sevarl emails regarding this being a total fail for my type of pain. I suffer with PHN facial pain. When I bought the Celfaly I was hoping it would help. No one on your end even knew what PHN was, the english on your support side. . . no ideal. I started at the very minimal stage, 15 minutes at low level and it took me over a month to recover from the set back with my facial nerve pain. After that first experience, pain was level 8 to 10 all day every day, I'm now 2 months out and just now feeling I'm recovering from the experience. After talking to your ""support"" team, it was clear they don't have any data regarding PHN pain and perhaps this is something you need to track. Also, when I asked for a return lable it was only then they asked me what was the proplem, what was I suffering with, something that perhaps you should ask before selling this so people with something other then migrains can be better informed. I'm giving you 2 stars because you did, after weeks refund me."

Great device but ditch the app

"This is my second Cefaly device. This has really helped me. I would not say that it removes my migraine but it distracts me enough to go back to sleep. The battery lasts through several sessions. This new one does not flash a light constantly, which is a HUGE improvement. However, the CeCe app is the WORST I have ever used. It has many bugs such as not tracking your use, constantly asking for a new log in (even during a treatment when it is connected to the device, and painfully increasing the light on your screen during the session."
